Formed in 2008 in Melbourne, Australia, Anchors quickly developed a furiously technical sound that borrowed aggressive vocal stylings from Hot Water Music, Strike Anywhere, and A Wilhelm Scream, and laid them over the catchy melodic punk and hardcore of bands like Good Riddance, 88 Fingers Louie, and Ensign. This debut full-length captures nine tracks of this signature sound and was originally released in Australia in 2010. This version is the band's introduction to the rest of the world.
